Oltre alla posizione, gli acquirenti sono interessati soprattutto alla questione dell&#8217;utilizzabilit\u00e0 (residenza primaria, propriet\u00e0 turistica, ex seconda casa) e alle condizioni dell&#8217;immobile. Il collegamento via RhB e la vicinanza a Davos fanno di Klosters una localit\u00e0 residenziale e di villeggiatura indipendente con elevati standard qualitativi. <br\/><br\/>Lo stock \u00e8 caratterizzato da appartamenti per le vacanze e strutture a chalet, mentre l&#8217;offerta rimane scarsa a causa del quadro normativo e dei terreni edificabili limitati.
