It shapes quality of life, forms places and tells stories. This is exactly what we want to make visible with Open Doors Engadin. As a real estate company anchored in the Engadin with an office in St. Moritz, we have been supporting the project since the first edition. Because anyone who loves the Engadin also loves its architecture. The regional building culture has grown historically and is both modern and innovative. This area of tension can be experienced by everyone over the course of a weekend &#8211; with buildings that usually remain closed. Guided tours, discussions and spontaneous encounters with architects, owners and visitors bring the experience to life.       <\/p>\n<p><strong>Our role: In the thick of it instead of just a sponsor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As in previous years, our office at Via Serlas 23 was once again the starting point for the two architectural walks in St. Moritz. Our employees greeted interested parties with genuine enthusiasm for what is being created and carried forward here architecturally. The winners of our competition were there when the doors of over 80 architectural gems opened once again. Well fortified with coffee and croissants, we set off on a tour of St. Moritz together with other interested parties who had registered early for the tour. Open Doors Engadin shows more than just beautiful facades: It promotes public dialog about building culture, creates understanding for architecture and brings people together &#8211; residents and tourists, amateurs and professionals, generations and perspectives.    <\/p>\n<p>This is exactly what our values at Ginesta Immobilien are all about. We help design spaces that connect people: Real estate &#8211; values &#8211; life. <\/p>\n<p>The Open Doors Engadin was once again a complete success this year &#8211; and the organizing committee was more than satisfied.
