The opportunity to set up and manage the St. Moritz site immediately appealed to him. Today, five years later, he can look back on the successful development of the branch.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Unforgettable projects and successes<\/strong><br \/>Franco found working on complex properties, whether historic Engadine houses or exclusive luxury properties, particularly exciting. Each project brought new challenges, but the positive feedback from satisfied customers was and is always a great motivation. He also remembers the expansion of the branch and the developments during the pandemic, with rapidly rising demand and prices, as an intense and impressive time.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>A strong team as a success factor<\/strong><br \/>An outstanding feature of Ginesta is the strong team dynamic, which Franco particularly appreciates. St. Moritz has a small but well-coordinated team that supports and appreciates each other. Especially in challenging times, this cooperation is a decisive factor for success.  <br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learning, growing and accompanying change<\/strong><br \/>The real estate industry is constantly on the move &#8211; and that&#8217;s exactly what fascinates Franco about his job. Over the past five years, he has not only acquired in-depth knowledge of the market and its special features, but has also witnessed the dynamic development of Ginesta as a company. The growth of the company was an exciting experience, which he describes as a valuable learning process.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Motivation and future plans<\/strong><br \/>Even after five years, Franco is still particularly enthusiastic about the direct contact with people and the opportunity to be part of a strong company. His goal for the future?
