Per square meter of living space, CHF 10,000 or more is paid for an upmarket condominium in the B\u00fcndner Herrschaft, CHF 8,000 to 9,500 in the F\u00fcnf D\u00f6rfer region, CHF 9,000 to CHF 10,000 in Chur and over CHF 8,000 in the Imboden region. For luxury properties, the price range increases by a further CHF 2,000 – 3,000 per square meter. Some of the few single-family homes coming onto the market are fetching even higher prices. <\/p>\n

\"\"In general, demand is still at a good, but no longer euphoric level. Transaction times have increased somewhat and buyers are once again paying more attention to a fair price-performance ratio and a good location. David Feldmann, head of the Chur office, remains optimistic: <\/p>\n

“We expect market prices to remain stable or rise slightly in line with inflation in the coming months. Overall, the Grisons Rhine Valley remains an attractive market for residential property.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Price increase for residential property normalizes

Single-family homes and condominiums are still in high demand in the Graub\u00fcnden Rhine Valley. Transaction prices for residential property rose at an above-average rate during the pandemic. The upward trend has flattened somewhat in recent quarters and prices have only risen slightly.
