For luxury properties, the price range increases by a further CHF 2,000 &#8211; 3,000 per square meter. Some of the few single-family homes coming onto the market are fetching even higher prices.  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"cm-float-left\" style=\"width: 30%; border-width: 0px 9px 0px 0px; border-style: solid; border-color: transparent; height: 32%;\" src=\"\/resources\/public\/lava3\/media\/davidhs.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">In general, demand is still at a good, but no longer euphoric level. Transaction times have increased somewhat and buyers are once again paying more attention to a fair price-performance ratio and a good location. David Feldmann, head of the Chur office, remains optimistic:  <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We expect market prices to remain stable or rise slightly in line with inflation in the coming months. Transaction prices for residential property rose at an above-average rate during the pandemic. The upward trend has flattened somewhat in recent quarters and prices have only risen slightly.
