Accordingly, transaction prices in all municipalities and segments are at new record levels. In general, an upmarket condominium costs up to CHF 10,000 per square meter of living space in the B\u00fcndner Herrschaft, CHF 8,000 to 9,000 in the F\u00fcnf D\u00f6rfer region, at least CHF 9,000 in Chur and CHF 7,000 to 8,000 in the Imboden region. For luxury properties, the price range increases by a further CHF 2,000 &#8211; 3,000 per square meter. Comparable prices are being achieved for the few detached houses coming onto the market. Prices per square meter for residential building land remained stable compared to the previous year and ranged between CHF 1,000 and CHF 1,500, and significantly higher again in the hot spots in the B\u00fcndner Herrschaft and Chur.     &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ginesta Immobilien assumes that the current excess demand will continue in the coming months and that transaction prices will therefore be well supported. David Feldmann, Head of Marketing Chur at Ginesta Immobilien, confirms: &#8220;The appeal of the municipalities in the Grisons Rhine Valley is high. We therefore continue to expect good prices for residential property, even if marketing times are tending to become somewhat longer again.
