Second homes in the sought-after vacation regions of Graub\u00fcnden are in short supply. The market for existing properties has dried up and the construction of new buildings is usually only possible if existing properties can be replaced and if some of the apartments are intended for the first-home market. And it’s not just the local population that wants attractive living space. Many people still living in the Mittelland who have long since lost their hearts to the mountains are also waiting for the right opportunity in the form of a suitable apartment to relocate here for good. <\/p>\n
The four new construction projects – two of them in Flims, one each in Davos and S-chanf – meet these requirements and needs. Above all, because they all enhance the regions with attractive architecture and provide a breath of fresh air with modern floor plans, high-quality extensions and well thought-out energy concepts in places where the ongoing renewal of existing buildings has come to a standstill. <\/p>\n
There are two good reasons why we, as a marketing partner with strong regional roots and offices in Chur and St. Moritz, were awarded these projects. The first is that, unlike many real estate agents with only a local presence, we are experienced in handling new construction projects and, as a company, regularly and successfully manage large-scale brokerages from the planning stage onward, involving numerous parties. Second, in the Unterland\u2014with our dense network of offices in the Zurich economic region\u2014we have a large network and a vast database of prospective clients who are looking for a vacation property in Graub\u00fcnden or wish to relocate here. <\/p>\n
