For luxury apartments, the price range increases by several thousand francs per square meter in all municipalities. The trend for single-family homes is comparable. The exception is the Suvretta slope in St. Moritz, where very luxurious properties cost up to CHF 75,000 or even more &#8211; an absolute peak value in Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p>Ginesta Immobilien assumes that the current excess demand will continue in the future and that transaction prices will therefore remain high in the coming months and continue to rise slightly in the months ahead. Franco Giovanoli, head of the St. Moritz office of Ginesta Immobilien, confirms: &#8220;The pandemic and its consequences have further increased the appeal of second homes.
