The real estate market is on the move and in recent months we have read a lot about the fact that prices are rising steadily, especially in the second home market but also for primary residences. There are many factors influencing this and we wanted to use our Ginesta real estate breakfast to take a closer look at some of these factors. <\/p>\n
Thanks in part to renowned guest speakers, we succeeded in doing just that: Andreas Ammann from W\u00fcest Partner set the scene with an assessment of the current real estate market, where demand clearly exceeds supply, using concrete figures.
