And everyone is amazed that this is happening so quickly and unpredictably. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our market data for various submarkets confirms this trend: the number of properties for sale on the market has fallen by 20 to 40%. At the same time, the number of search profiles registered on our website has increased by 60 to 100% and orders for our documentation by 60 to 70%. In short, more and more buyers want to purchase the dwindling number of properties. In the mountain regions, the second home initiative is acting as an additional demand and price accelerator in an already tight market, as there is a complete lack of new properties.   <\/p>\n<p>We do not know today whether this exponential development will continue.
