The new goal: to make it more difficult for foreigners to acquire commercial properties in Switzerland. This is being fueled by tabloid media reporting on alleged violations of the Lex Koller with regard to residential properties and by the vague fear that foreign buyers would undermine the law.  <\/p>\n<p>Our experience shows a different picture. The state control of the current Lex Koller is strict and works extremely well.
