In the event of an inheritance, how much does one heir have to pay the other heir if they want to take over the house? And how much tax is due after a transaction?    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Valuation<\/strong><br \/>First and foremost, therefore, is the question of valuation. The choice of valuation method should not be underestimated. For example, it plays a major role whether any utilization reserves are included in the valuation.
