What is driving buyers? Due to the central banks\u2019 expansionary monetary policy, inflation is likely on the horizon. In turbulent times, the housing market in particular serves as a stable anchor. However, we\u2019ve noticed that very few new properties are coming onto the market. Sales are being held off by sellers.
