We would never have come up with this title, as the house was so far away from the village center. But the title worked: it appealed to potential buyers who were looking for a village center situation. After three weeks, the property was sold. The buyer still lives happily in the property today. We had a detached house in our sales portfolio for almost a year and a half and reduced the price from CHF 1.6 million to CHF 1.4 million. We finally agreed with the owner to call in a feng shui consultant. The feng shui consultant visited the property and immediately decided that the theme of this house was “children”. The owner took a deep breath and told us that she had raised four children in this house. We then consistently focused the marketing on the theme of children.
