Claude Ginesta, CEO of the host company Ginesta Real Estate, welcomed the early crowd of guests to the inaugural event. Over a hearty breakfast, more than 40 real estate and industry professionals listened to presentations by guest speakers, who provided in-depth insights into the Engadin and Swiss real estate markets. Sascha Ginesta, Managing Director of Ginesta Graub\u00fcnden, presented the hot-off-the-press Graub\u00fcnden market reports, while Andreas Ammann, Partner at W\u00fcest Partner in Zurich, discussed current assessments of the Swiss real estate market and provided a regional analysis of the Engadin. Finally, Alex Koch de Gooreynd, a partner at Knight Frank in London and a long-standing international marketing partner of Ginesta, drew an intriguing connection to other international ski destinations. <\/p>\n
The “informal part” following the presentations was also extremely lively. The guests, speakers and hosts engaged in lively discussions over an informal chat and a final coffee. The first Engadine Real Estate Breakfast will certainly not be the last. <\/p>\n
