However, when it comes to evaluating the properties in question, consulting an estate agent who is familiar with the local market conditions can more than pay off.   <br \/>\t&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Which customers use Home Hunting?<\/strong><br \/>  We offer this service in particular to clients who either do not have the time to look for a property and\/or do not speak German.
