There are often only a few minutes between two stops. When it comes to real estate prices, however, the difference can be several thousand francs per square meter. <\/p>\n\n

Under the title \u201cThe Real Estate Market Rides the S-Bahn,\u201d<\/strong> we took a different look at Zurich\u2019s S-Bahn network: not by travel times, but by prices per square meter. At each stop, the map shows the average prices for condominiums and single-family homes in the high-end segment. This makes regional price differences immediately visible and comparable.<\/p>\n\n

The map is intended not only to attract attention but also to open people\u2019s eyes to new places to live. After all, anyone who expands their search radius by a few S-Bahn stations may discover communities that weren\u2019t previously on their radar\u2014and where homeownership is available under significantly different terms.<\/p>\n\n

The campaign will run starting September 21 at select train stations as well as through print and digital channels. By scanning the integrated QR code, interested parties can go directly to the digital real estate price map and explore the various communities along the Zurich S-Bahn network. The figures shown are based on data from W\u00fcest Partner as of June 2026 and reflect prices per square meter in the upscale segment. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not replace an individual property appraisal.<\/p>\n\n
