Andr\u00e9 Ginesta has built on this foundation – and at the same time consistently developed the company further. With his experience in organization, sales, communication and service design, he brought new structures, clear processes and a modern way of thinking to the company. <\/p>\n\n He recognized early on how important it was to systematically record properties, customers and market information. With great foresight, he developed analog CRM structures that were ahead of their time and used technical aids early on to make work processes more efficient. Andr\u00e9 Ginesta was also one of the pioneers in the real estate industry when it came to computerization and digital transformation. <\/p>\n\n Clear values have always been at the heart of his actions: respectful treatment of employees, trustworthy and personal customer care and uncompromising quality standards.
