As part of the collaboration between Ginesta Immobilien and Knight Frank, luxury real estate and vacation properties will be marketed jointly under the “Ginesta Collection\/Knight Frank” brand. From 2026, the Ginesta Immobilien branches in St. Moritz and Zurich City, which specialize in luxury and vacation properties, will operate under this new name in the Engadin and the greater Zurich region. <\/p>\n\n

This gives owners of luxury or vacation properties in Switzerland greater access to potential buyers abroad. The marketing potential is significantly increased by the cooperation with one of the world’s leading independent real estate consulting companies, and new markets can be developed in a targeted manner. <\/p>\n\n

Knight Frank<\/a>, founded in 1896 now has over 500 agencies in 60 countries and is headquartered in London, UK.<\/p>\n\n
