Elke Guhl has had a successful career with international companies and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Ginesta Immobilien AG since 2023.<\/p>\n
She started at Henkel Cosmetic in 1994 and held numerous positions in Switzerland and abroad before moving to eBay International Switzerland as Country Manager. Elke also expanded her e-commerce experience as Vice President Marketing Central Europe at the online job platform Monster. She later worked as CMO at Swiss Life Switzerland and played a key role in the strategic repositioning of the brand. As Head of Ownership Solutions at Electrolux Switzerland, Elke gained insights into the Swiss real estate market and in-depth knowledge of customer service and the after-market. Most recently, she was Chief Customer Officer at Migros Fachmarkt AG, where she was responsible for the transformation into a more customer-centric organization. <\/p>\n
