Sascha Ginesta has been working for the renowned family business Ginesta Immobilien in various functions in K\u00fcsnacht, Horgen, Chur and St. Moritz since February 2009. He has been responsible for our clients in Graub\u00fcnden since October 2012. In addition to managing the team of employees in Chur and St. Moritz, his current responsibilities as Head of Brokerage for the Grisons region include developing brokerage strategies and marketing concepts, market analyses, advice on sales optimization for new-build and renovation projects, advising buyers and sellers and valuations of all types of properties throughout the Grisons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sascha Ginesta has in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, holds a federal certificate as a real estate appraiser and is a member of the Swiss Association of Real Estate Appraisers. He has an excellent network in the canton of Graub\u00fcnden and is familiar with the different regional markets. Before entering the real estate sector, he gained valuable experience in the banking world and held various positions at Graub\u00fcndner Kantonalbank – including a managerial role at the Lenzerheide branch and advising wealthy private clients, where advising on financing solutions for real estate was one of his main tasks. A few years ago, he also successfully completed a degree in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Chur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He has been active in local politics in the municipality of Vaz\/Obervaz since 2016. After six years as a municipal councillor (Department of Works and Sport), he has been a member of the municipal parliament since 2022. Sascha Ginesta is also a member of the building committee and the local planning committee of Vaz\/Obervaz. For years, he has been working intensively on the effects of the Second Homes Act and the Spatial Planning Act and is looking for solutions to the challenges associated with these laws and the housing shortage in the tourist regions of Graub\u00fcnden. In 2023, Sascha Ginesta obtained the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Urban Management at the University of Zurich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today, he is also a lecturer at the University of Zurich and has his own lecture on the subject of vacation properties as part of the MAS Real Estate course at the Center for Urban & Real Estate Management CUREM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
