Andr\u00e9 Ginesta joined the company run by his father in 1969 and can still be found at the headquarters in K\u00fcsnacht almost every day. He managed the company for forty years and, thanks to his extensive knowledge, Ginesta Immobilien developed into one of the most important market players in the greater Zurich area. In 2016, he handed the company over completely to the third generation, his son Claude Ginesta, who has been CEO since 2010. Andr\u00e9 Ginesta was Chairman of the Board of Directors until 2019 and is still a member of this supreme body today. <\/p>\n
It has always been important to Andr\u00e9 Ginesta that Ginesta Real Estate operate independently and with a clear focus. Thanks to his many years of experience, he has specialized in consulting, appraisal, and Sales of single-family homes. His in-depth knowledge is highly sought after in consulting engagements, which he continues to carry out regularly for municipalities and institutional investors. <\/p>\n
He was a long-standing board member of the Zurich section of the Swiss Real Estate Association (SVIT). Andr\u00e9 Ginesta is also a member of the editorial committee of the “Treuhandexpert”, an organ of the Swiss Fiduciary Association.<\/p>\n
