Alex Niedermann

Alex Niedermann is our Head of Brokerage Horgen & Head of Initial/Reletting. Together with his team, he makes this expertise available to all Ginesta offices on an interdisciplinary basis and the team also takes on complete mandates throughout German-speaking Switzerland, particularly in the greater Zurich area. In his role, he advises clients and developers at an early stage on how to optimize the long-term market appeal of a new housing estate, development or replacement apartment building. From the division into units to pricing and from floor plan planning to materialization, he incorporates Ginesta's accumulated knowledge of what the market is looking for today and tomorrow. With a breath of fresh air and new ideas, he develops individual brokerage strategies. His focus is on size- and property-appropriate implementation with a digital focus in brokerage. His experience, specially optimized digital tools and an exceptional feel for the right positioning form the basis for the ideal use of resources in every project. He has a wealth of experience and a broad horizon with an international background. He has been working successfully in the real estate sector for over twenty years, was a partner in an agency specializing in the brockerage of real estate for eight years and holds a Swiss Federal Diploma in Real Estate Management SVIT. Thanks to several years spent studying languages and working in Europe and the USA, thinking and acting big is also in his blood. He also has a long list of hobbies, which he pursues with the same passion as a family man with his wife and three mostly grown-up children: sailing, horse riding, teaching bonsais - i.e. five to nine-year-olds - as a J & S karate instructor, riding a Vespa, cooking and baking.
