Dear Real Estate friends,
A few days ago, we installed a new valuation tool on our homepage, with which you can have your house or apartment valued free of charge. Behind the tool is a hedonic valuation program that also classifies the location based on the address. Of course, the tool does not work quite as meticulously as an expert.
But we also have a solution for complex valuations. We have employed a highly qualified real estate valuer to head up our new valuation desk. From now on, we can provide professional valuations for residential property as well as for highly complex properties such as portfolios, hotels, commercial and apartment buildings.
