Ginesta Immobilien will be located at a new address in Küsnacht from December 16, 2013. The small and refined real estate boutique, which combines a comprehensive range of services with personal support, has evolved and grown substantially in recent years. The range of services has been expanded, international partnerships and national networks have been established, branches have been opened in Horgen and Chur and the number of employees has been increased. The move to more modern and larger premises reflects this development. The new Küsnacht office offers space for up to 26 workstations and is a place where our customers and employees can feel at home.
New location, same service – despite this growth step, Ginesta Immobilien remains true to itself and continues to focus on quality rather than quantity. In addition to the traditional brokerage activities of buying, selling and letting private and commercial properties, the company also offers management services, advisory services on construction and financing issues and analyses to optimize property value. The services are therefore aimed at both private and institutional sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. Today, in addition to family members Claude Ginesta (CEO) and André Ginesta (Board of Directors) and Sascha Ginesta (Site Manager Chur), a total of 23 employees in three branches (Küsnacht, Horgen, Chur) serve a diverse clientele.
The move will take place on 13.12.2013. Business will be suspended on this day, but not the forwarding agents and our employees. Our new head office will be operational at a new address from 16.12.2013.
