Arrived at the top! New office in St. Moritz.

Ginesta Immobilien is further expanding its presence in the Graubünden real estate market by opening an office in St. Moritz at the beginning of January 2019. St. Moritz joins the locations in Küsnacht, Horgen and Chur as a fourth office.

Ginesta Immobilien is taking over the client base and business premises of A. Mächler Immobilien AG as well as the experienced employee and marketer Morena Vassella. She will be responsible for the Engadine mandates in future, as she has extensive experience and excellent knowledge of the local real estate market. The new office will be managed operationally by Sascha Ginesta, who will now be responsible for the Chur and St. Moritz offices.

The Engadin market has been served from Chur and Zurich since 2006. Thanks to the new office in St. Moritz, the company is now closer to its clients and can provide even more personalized service throughout the Engadin region. The services offered cover the full range of real estate services for Sales and Rental of properties, including expert appraisals.
