Claude Ginesta spared no effort in preparing himself for his career with Ginesta Immobilien. After successfully completing his degree in business management from the School of Economics and Administration (HWV) at Zurich University/Winterthur (ZHW), he delved into the area of mortgage banking and equity finance for individual home buyers. Then, as an employee of the worlds' largest real estate services company, CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), he advised international clients in the acquisition of commercial buildings and in the leasing of office space. He was likewise involved in a diversity of major appraisal assignments (as well as due diligence) for publicly-traded corporations.
This Licensed Real Estate Trustee entered Ginesta Immobilien as a partner in spring 2001 and is now the CEO (since 2010). He has been actively involved as appraisal expert for the Swiss Real Estate Association (SVIT) and member of the Swiss Commission for Fee Regulation. He also authored the chapters on "Operational aspects of broker services" and "Ethical aspects of the real estate industry" for the seminal industry standard, Brokerage Law in the Real Estate Industry. Claude Ginesta is an active contributor to a real estate column, and also pens marketing reports published nationwide.
